You can do your Masters in Business Administration program from various countries such as Canada, Germany, USA, France, Singapore, UK etc. It's a one or two year post graduate program.

For work experience you can start working with some internships available in India, from various MNCs and firms to NGOS you've fair chance to grab internship in one of them and earn some work experience.

If you wish to pursue an mba abroad here are the following requirements:-

1. Academically you need to score atleast above 50% in your graduation course from a recognised university.

2. You need to give language exams for abroad like IELTS, TOEFL, PTE.

3. You also need to give mba entrance exams like CAT , GMAT and GRE.

4. Apart from the above requirements foreign universities also require additional resume, essays and reference letters.
