I am sorry to say that unfortunately you can't pursue Bachelor of planning degree course after class 10th since Bachelor of planning is a 4 year , full time under graduate course.
You will be eligible for Bachelor of planning degree course only after completing your intermediate (class 12th) studies with an aggregate of 50% and also mathematics as a subject in it.
