BAMS is based on Ayurveda. Ayurveda is the a branch of medical care which is based upon the concepts of natural healing processes of the human body which is further enhanced by therapy of Ayurveda.

On the other hand, after doing BPT, Physiotherapists help patients rehabilitate from a state of incapacity due to genetic defect or the result of an accident or illness.

So, the choice comes down to your interest.Future wise both are equally promising.
