BAMS and BHMS, both have their own importance in our society. Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) consists medical knowledge of various aspects of Homeopathic education. On the other hand, Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is entirely focused on Ayurveda education. Along with Ayurveda,  scientific advances in modern medicine and extensive practical training will be taught during the course. The duration of both of these courses are as same as MBBS i.e. 5years and 6 months.

After successfully completing of the BHMS course, graduates can practice as a doctor in Homeopathic.  After completion of BAMS, successful graduates will be able to practice Ayurvedic medicine in India. Both of these field of study has lots of opportunities in recent days and there are lots of job and internship opportunities available as well. But, BAMS is more preferred than BHMS. But, it all depends on your interest. Choose the one that you feel more connected to you.

The three courses are completely different though they are in medical lines.BAMS is Bachelor Of ayurveda and medicines which deal with ayurvedic practise of India,Nepal and other south Asian countries.BHMS is Bachelor of Homeopathic and medicine and deals with homepathic treatment of patients and curing.In case both are in medical lines but are different from MBBS line.However i would recommend you to go for BHMS as you can practise it outside India also but you can do the same in BAMS.
