Both the courses are good in their own way.
BAMS deals with ayurvedic medicine so after this you can get a job in government hospitals, private ayurvedic medicine companies, spa and can also run your own clinic whereas after doing physiotherapy you can get a job in private and government hospitals. Physiotherapists are in great demand in sports field. You can also practice on your own.
