For bank exams candidate should have a bachelor's degree from a recognise university. There are many bank exams like SBI PO, SBI clerk, IBPS PO, IBPS clerk, IBPS RRB office assistant. see education qualification differs from post wise. in a bank there is different category peoples work, starting from security guard, clerk, probationary officer, bank manager, service manager, lower division clerk etc. however according to sbi vacancy details for clerical or probationary officer related post, candidates must have a graduate degree in any discipline. right now there is many private bank in India which also hires customer care executive for different call handling process, where 12th pass candidates may also apply.
