Based on my NEET 2021 score I can get admission into Deemed institutions through AIQ counseling so, will I've to pay the Fees of Institutions after admission or there will be no fees for me?

You will have to pay fee.

Unlike private medical colleges where there are also Government quota seats under the state quota, there are no such Government quota/ state quota seats in deemed universities and thus deemed universities are known for their high fee .

The average fee in deemed universities for MBBS is around 15 to 20 lacs per annum.
