The main distinction between an honours subject and a regular subject is that honours subjects require you to take more subjects. In comparison to BBA LLB, you would still need to study additional subjects for BBA LLB Hons. According to information provided by the Bar Council of India (BCI), you will be required to take 36 papers in total, including 18 required papers, 4 clinical papers, 6 optional papers, and 8 specialty Honour papers. You would have to take a total of 28 papers for BBA LLB.
In my opinion you must go for ba llb hons. course.

BA LLB honors without a doubt is a better option than studying BA LLB , because being a honors degree the course is much more advanced.
