Yes, students from NIOS boards & Bihar Board of Open Schooling and Examination (BBOSE) are eligible to write CLAT exam and all law colleges accept the same.

Just make sure you satisfy the CLAT Eligibility Criteria Below-

Candidates should have passed Senior Secondary School Examination/ 12th Board Examination from any recognised educational institution.

Candidates need to score atleast 45% marks in their qualifying degree to appear in CLAT 2019. For the candidates belonging to SC and ST categories need to score at least 40 percent marks in the aggregate of subjects.
