Bihar Board of Open Schooling and Examination (BBOSE), is an autonomous organisation of Education Department of Goverment of Bihar.It's recognized as well and as per NEET eligibility, it's valid too, you can appear for it, provided you fulfull the following criteria;
Attained 17 years age by 31st December of that year.
Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, those having Biology as an additional are also eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria for NEET is based on PCB aggregate only against each category mentioned below-
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
As of now,there's no upper age limit in NEET, so no restriction also in terms of appearing for this examination.

BBOSE stands for Bihar Board of Open Schooling Examination. It is a valid board as NIOS is. It is a recognised Board. So, yes, it is valid for NEET as well as government jobs. Students qualified from this Board are eligibile to appear for NEET and apply for jobs. But, you should have completed class 12th with minimum 50% marks in PCB for general category.
