BCA is a three year undergraduate program.
This three-year degree is divided into six semesters. Throughout the programme, students learn cutting edge technologies to be proficient in the design and development of information technology tools. The eligibility criteria for BCA is a pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State / Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects with minimum of 50% overall aggregate.

GIET University is a private state university which is UGC approved and NAAC Accredited. The university offers the 3 years, BCA degree program. The total fees for the course is around Rs. 1.5 lacs and there are 60 seats for the course.

The university have a well maintained campus with good infrastructure. The faculty members are also good. But the placement rate for the BCA course isn't that great (around 56% for BCA course) and the median package is around Rs. 2.5 LPA CTC.
