If you want to get more salary and more opportunity then after BCA go for MCA course. BCA is only graduation course. After BCA scope os not so much better. You may get job in software industries but not so much scope you will get. If you complete MCA after completion of your BCA from a good institution then you will be almost similar like B.E/B.Tech engineer in computer science or IT.
Most of the company consider MCA is equivalent to B.E/B.Tech. For any post if B.E/B.Tech are eligible then MCA candidates are also eligible and after joining in a company engineer and MCA candidates do the same job with same salary.
If you complete only BCA and then join in a company then you may get salary near about Rs. 15000/- per month if the company is very good. If you work in a moderate company then you can only expect near about Rs.10000/- But if you complete MCA then your starting salary will be from Rs.25000/- if you placed in a good company.
Ending salary can not be predict. Salary increment is totally depend on your performance. If you perform well in the organization your salary hike will be very high irrespective of your qualification. Obviously qualification is matter for any higher post but still performance is the first preference for salary increment.
I will suggest you first to complete your BCA then go for MCA from a good institution. If the institution is very good then may be you will get job from the institution campus otherwise try from outside. There are so many software companies recruit every year so many computer engineer from B.E/B.Tech and MCA. If you study well surely you will get a good job with good salary.
Best of luck.
