BCA is Application oriented course and B.Sc is Theory and Programming orientation course. BCA students will be having technical skills and B.Sc students will be having Programming knowledge.

So if you want to be a job oriented or industry ready person then go for BCA. In case of B.Sc it is not possible. Now it's your wish to choose which is better for your interest.
