As per BCECE website, the second round of allotment will be held on 11/08/18, which is actually tomorow. So, check the website tomorrow for the allotment. I don't know at what time they will upload the allotment, but you can expect it tomorrow. I don't think there will be any delay in it. And you have to report for the document verification and admission from 12th to 14th. Check this notification for more details.
