Hello Nihal,
As per the recent notification by BCECE, you can now register again for the second round seat allotment. The fresh procedure has started which started today and will be till 9th August, 2019. The seat allotment will be released on 11th August, 2018.
You can edit the choices for now till the date has been extended.
