Bcom(H) and BCOM both are management courses offered as an undergraduate degree program by various colleges. It helps the students to gain managerial skills and specialisation. It gives students more exposure to the real world and helps people in gaining experience. Students get to know about the industry better. With the help of BCOM(H) students are able to get specialisation in a particular subject.It helps those students who want to start their own businesses and want to work in business firms. It helps to gain immense specialisation.

It is a myth since ages that Bcom is easier than Bcom(h) , which is not correct.

Any day Bcom(h) is better than Bcom because it really builds business acumen of the students whereas in Bcom the candidates only get an overview of the subject and do not gain any specialization.

In terms of placements also in fields like finance , students of Bcom(h) are preferred over Bcom. But in no way bcom is easier.

There is ample amount of difference in the specialisation part which creats a difference between both of the above mentioned courses.
