Hi Aspirant,
Please be informed that technology giants such as Google, Amazon, etc do not particularly have an eligibility criteria but what they primarily want is a sufficient degree for the job on offer and the utmost level of skill required for the job. For example, for the post of developer, you need to be exceptional in the standards of coding and programming languages. Apart from this you need to clear their online exam for recruitment which is usually very intellectual and somewhat difficult as it tests your skills to the core. Once you clear this and also an interview, you will be directly hired without any bar and your year drop won't be an issue provided you clear your backlogs in due time before joining.
As for MNCs, some MNCs in India have a minimum criteria of a most a year drop and no backlogs and some minimum marks or CGPA in the semester exams of your college.
BEST WISHES!
