before exam have applying colloge mandetory ?means all colloge form fill up before the the mah cet or cmat exam or after the exam we can apply the colloge or not?

The application form will be available after the declaration of results.So you need to apply for each Institute individually when the respective Institute have released their notification.The admission will be based on your merit in the entrance exam.You need to visit their official website and check the detailed admission procedure, Eligibility criteria etc and choose a discipline of your choice.
