Dear Tushar, it depends on the college that you want to join. Few colleges open the online applications before NEET. Few colleges wait until NEET is finished, results are announced and qualifying marks are declared. Then they come up with their own cut offs for barious categories and qualifying marks so that eligible candidates can apply.
