The minimum eligibility needed to be able to work at any bank is graduation. So you cannot give bank exams immediately after 12th. But there are some jobs at the bank that do not require this qualification, just 12th pass is enough those are the jobs of peon, housekeeping, etc.

If you wish you sit for banking exams after graduation then a 2-year associate or 4-year bachelor's degree in math, finance or business might help you with that.

Dear Riya, unfortunately there is no bank job that you can apply for based on your 12th qualification. Every job requires you to be atleast a graduate. The reason being you don't get enough knowledge and exposure in your 12th to Accounts and Banking the way you get to study in your graduation. So, the minimum qualification for you to apply for a bank job is a Bachelor's degree. And there is no specific stream that you should be studying in Graduation to apply for Bank jobs. If you are determined to get into Banking sector you should preferably study Bachelor's in Commerce which will help you in preparing well for the exam.
