First of all I would like to tell you that there is as such no pre decided percentage increment that if you belong to the ews category you will get relaxation of  10% .

But yes there is certain benefit of you belong to EWS rank because in general and ews category the cut off difference generally stays atleast 3-5k in maximum of engineering colleges.
