Being student from UP, Can I partcipate in other state councelling like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan etc for private seat

yeah!! you can participate in the national counceiling thats the all india quota that would be conducted where as if you have the great score like 600 score you would get the govt seat , where as if in case dont havr approch the college adminstration ask for the management seat that would be damm costly
