Hey,
The MBC category comes under the OBC category. OBC category is further divided into creamy and non creamy layer. If the annual income is above 8lakhs then it comes undr Creamy otherwise non creamy.
So if you belong to the OBC creamy, you are considered a general category. And hence you won't recieve any reservation benefits.
If you belong to the non creamy layer, ie. OBC category. Then you will get the reservation benefits. So your chances of getting the desired college is fair then. Hope it helps.
