Dear Aspirant,
To get admission in any college for B.Tech degree , you must take an entrance exam (JEE MAIN/JEE ADVANCED/ Other state level Engg exam)and qualify the required cut off .
Well , some colleges adds compulsory eligibility criteria to score a ceratin marks in 12th !
you should have physics and mathematics in 12th!
You can opt for these colleges in Delhi region for admission in B.tech CSE :
- IIT Delhi
- JMI, New Delhi
- Amity University ,Noida
- DTU, New Delhi

You can opt for direct admission / management quota (if available) in private engg colleges only . Refer to those colleges through the above link that I have given for fee structure and other requirements !
