Best B. Tech degree for NASA?.

Guessing by your question you must be someone doing your +2 or Degree, I appreciate that thinking of yours to aim for getting into some of the top agencies in the world. You almost entirely narrowed down your choice of “Engineering careers” you would like to pursue to get there doesn’t come as a surprise to me.

There is absolutely no problem in thinking or fixing goals the way you often get to listen. Now the real problem is some people get too excited about reaching the destination in the pre-designed path and so they fail to observe that there are other paths in reaching there too.

Now coming to your question about the “Scope” as i understand is “the number of chances you might have to get into NASA?” Would you be more surprised knowing that “Material science & technology” has much more scope.

Mechanical in certain terms gets lost in the broader areas of the subject it deals with, it pretty much covers many fundamentals of Aerospace engineering,Automotive,Material science and as such.

But when you go directly for Aerospace engineering you will cut all the other noise and simply focus on that part which is too narrowed down.

When one aims for NASA just remember one thing, you must be surprised to know that a photographer can also be hired in NASA? or a geologist? or lot many physicists when compared to Engineering scientists are hired a year?

Just concentrate on creating the Best in you everyday in whatever you pursue.

NASA recruits mainly Aerospace Engineers to work for them. Also Electronics and Communication Engineers are considered upto an extent. A margin of NASA also contains Computer Science Engineers for work.

All these three branches are mainly considered.
