Sorry to say but there is no such book which claims to get you a top rank. Books for AIIMS focuses mainly on their last year questions like from publishers like Arihant and MTG. For concept building in Physics and Chemiatry, you should practice Engineering level MCQs from books like DC Pandey, Arihant or any other.
Always remember it's the capability of the reader and not the book on which the rank depends.
