Primarily, you should focus on NCERT book. NCERT act as a prime factor as majority of the questions are based on it. You should keep your concept clear and have clear understanding of the topics. Besides NCERT, you can refer to the following books for Chemistry-

The best book that i would like to suggest you for preparation of NEET for Physical and inorganic chemistry is NCERT. This will clear up your basics. Post that you can opt for other books.
