First of all I would recommend to study your own coaching or college lecture notes because in the classroom most of your doubt will be cleared. After completion of your lecture notes if you want to study organic chemistry in detail use O P Tandon book, M S Chauhan -For problems related to organic chemistry (but it contains a lots of irrelevant questions). If you want for quick revision I would like to recommend to you that follow S N Sanyal -for quick revision of important reactions in organic chemistry. I would like to study this books because these all books are very good for jee mains examination and most of the teachers are suggesting to study these books. For rank booster join test series which is provided by the different-different coaching institutes, but the most effective examination is conducted by Resonance and Allen.
I think that I have resolved your query. If any doubt feel free to ask.
Thanks,
Best wishes for your jee mains.

Rahul,
Now considering just JEE mains exam you need to at first read your NCERT books perfectly with all details. As some of the questions directly come from NCERT books. But depending on your practice of question solving abilities , you'll easily be able to score good in all of organic part. For practicing questions there are many books that you can consider. You can go with GRB books and Cengage publication.
But personally I'd suggest the Balaji publication for organic part written by M.S. Chouhan . It is a really good book for organic questions. It'll cover up your whole organic part in an understandable way. But it's just a question book with answer procedure at the end. If you're looking for a theory book go with GRB written by O.P. Tandon .
Hope this helps!
Your concepts should be crystal clear .focus more on them.
