Hello To cover AIIMS MBBS 2020 syllabus, you should clear the basics from the NCERT textbooks. The chemistry section is divided into three subsections of physical chemistry, organic and inorganic chemistry. NCEDRT should be read thoroughly as a lot of the questions are picked from the NCERT book. For AIIMS I would recommend you NCERt as base book for both the subjects but in addition you should solve HC Verma for physics. NCERT for chemistry is more than sufficient for AIIMS. Solving previous years AIIMS and JEE mains will help you a lot.
