Best book for physics for NEET would definitely be 11th and 12th physics NCERT books. These are the primary books that you should be able to solve. You should be thorough with all the questions in these books because most questions are put directly from NCERT.
For some extra practice you can refer Concepts of Physics by H. C. Verma.
Do practice from the previous year question papers which you'll get in MTG NEET 31 years.
You can also refer NCERT at your fingertips.

For physics HC Verma,DC Pandey are the perfect books for numerical you can also solve packages of Allen or aakash they also provide sufficient number of questions and include all varieties,but only solving books will not help they will certainly clear the concept but for developing confidence attempt tests.
