The Biology of AIIMS Exam is a tough nut to crack. The best book for this would be -
Trueman's Elementary Biology Vol. 1 & 2 by K.N. Bhatia, M.P. Tyagi
However, other books you can refer to are:
- Objective Biology by Dinesh
- GRB Objective Biology by R.K. Pillai, Malik Naresh, A.B. Sinha
- A.C Dutta for Botany , Oxford Publication
