You should take DLP, or distance learning package of any reputed coaching as these are evolved over time and suits most of the people well. However, if you want to go for individual books, then I'll recommend you the following books (I'm an IITian as well):
1. Physics: DC Pandey and Ashish Arora's Physics galaxy series
2. Maths: Cengage series
3. Chemistry: MS Chouhan (Organic), Narendra Awasthi (Physical) and JD Lee (Inorganic).
Complete these books fully and you will come out to score very well!
Congratulations on completing grade 10. Since you aspire to do well in JEE Mains, it is imperative that you start your preparation as soon as possible. There are wide range of books available that can aid your preparation and help you gain an understanding of the concepts that are essential to crack the JEE Mains examination.
