Okay for NEET chemistry you can go for O P Tandon in organic chemistry and  NCERTs are more than enough for inorganic chemistry.

For physics you can go for books by GRB production for concepts and arihant and grb both for numericals.

Apart from extra books i'll suggest you to solve as many previous year questions as you can and also the sample papers that are available to you.

All the best.

Fundamental of Physic by Pradeep

Objective physics by DC Pandey

Chemistry -

Arihant Organic Chemistry

Dinesh Chemistry Inorganic

Best books to clear your concepts are NCERT books. NCERT books will help you to build your base and fundamentals strong. Exercises which are given at the end of the NCERT books are very important to solve. You may get direct questions from NCERT books.

Apart, from NCERT books you can refer below books as well

Physics

- Concepts of Physics- H.C. Verma
- Fundamentals of Physics- Resnick, Halliday, Walker

Chemistry

Morrison & Boyd
J.D. Lee
R. C. Mukerjee
P.Bahadur

If you read NCERT textbooks thoroughly, it will clear your concepts but if you wish to dig in then HC Verma is like bible for physics. For Chemistry I would rather suggest NCERT and youtube videos. Watching a video will save your time and clear your concepts rapidly.
