    Hey,

    NIT Srinagar is one of the premier Educational Institution to study in North India region. After IIT's, the great institutions to study are from NIT's.
    NIT Srinagar offers great opportunities in the field of industry experience, placements, infrastructure. The institution mainly focuses on imparting technical education to students, also promotes the culture of small entrepreneurship. Also, the course syllabus is designed in such a way that students are indulged in theoretical as well as technical education.
    In NIT Srinagar, the best course to study is Computer Science Engineering. As cut-offs are also high for core CSE stream, you need to score well in JEE-Mains for taking admission in CSE stream. Many giant companies come for on-campus placements with decent packages. The institute also offers summer internship programme which further adds to their skills and helps in getting employable.

    CSE is the best branch in NIT Srinagar in terms of placements and packages.

    It has better placements then other core branches.

    Apart from CSE, IT and Mechanical branch is good.

    According, to careers 360 NIT Srinagar has AAA+ rating which means Good.

    Ratings are based om Placements, Faculty, Cut-offs of national / state level Entrance exams, Accreditation and Reward status and Publication record from Elsevier’s indexing database - Scopus.
