Both the colleges are BCI approved to pursue LLB. Both the colleges are private. IMIRC has more facilities than that of Modern College of law regarding campus area and other facilities. IMIRC even has a 5year law program that Modern law college doesn't have.
IMIRC Eligibility criteria- Seeking admission into 3-year law course qualifications needed are only 12th and three-year graduation, with 12th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into 3-year law course, The qualifications of 10th, 12th (+2) and graduation may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).And the Pass percentage is 45% for general category, 42% for OBC category, and 40% for SC/ST category.
Modern college of law Eligibility criteria- Candidates seeking admission to the LLB Program must have passed Graduation examination from a recognized University (with minimum 45% for General, 42% for OBC & 40% for SC/ST).
