There are plenty of coaching for JEE preparation but I suggest you to stick with the most famous ones as they are operating from the beginning and are more experienced and trustworthy. Among them I think you should so for resonance as for JEE preparation it is known to be best but you can also try allen, akashetc. You can find these coaching anywhere they have branches all over the world but their head branches is in kota.

As accommodation is concerned there are many private hostels operating near such coaching centers with affordable prices

There are lots of coaching in India. Most famous coaching are present in Kota as you know but also there branch are available in many cities like Delhi, UP, Ap etc.

In delhi there are:

Aakash Institute

Excel IIT JEE coaching

Nivedita classes for IIT

FIIT JEE

So In my opinion FIIT JEE will be best in delhi , fee for almost the coachings are same.

FIIT JEE is also a reputed coaching. Also FIIT JEE provides hostels.
