Congrats!! for deciding data science as your future!!. Now about best colleges. See all the data science courses that indian colleges/universities are providing are very new. Also since you are in school you may have not tried data science much. I know data science has great future. But what will you do if you lose interest in data science, also data science will focus on special domain in computer science. I think you should focus on getting a good B.Tech college for computer science degree. Not only data science, but you will get to see a wide variety of fields in computer science. Also if you get into good colleges where peer group is amazing and eager to learn different things, then you can see wider picture of  computer science field. So just to have a plan B choose a 'good' B.Tech CS/IT college.

After xii, you can't do data science courses directly.

In order to pursue any course in data science or data analyst, you must have pursued graduation with atleast 60% marks ( specially in the IT, statistics Field) .
