Every college is good. The rating of the college depends upon the quality of course it offers.
Some of the top colleges are colleges of Delhi University, IPU, symbiosis, IITs, etc.
All the Colleges are good in respect of courses it offers.
You can check the ratings of the colleges according to your preference and course you want take admission in.
