I am afraid not a lot of colleges match both your criterias. I mentioned all the colleges I knew that fit your criteria just in case you were not strictly looking for a college for yourself. But if you are,  then I'm afraid Sri Aurobindo College ( applied psychology )  is the only choice for you as the first 2 colleges ( Lady Sri Ram and Gargi )  are for girls only.
