I am not apprehensive about cat ...the only reason is that i dont drop the year ....still i am study in b.com final year.....this is a reason to take another option.

You don't have to drop 1 year to take the CAT
You can write the exam while in the final year of your undergraduate course also
However if you have missed the registration deadline for the test then you can look at other options

Firstly, If you donot want to appear for CAT then there are many other multiple management exams like CMAT, XAT, MAT, IIFT, NMAT, SNAP etc.
You can prepare for them as well.
Secondly, In case you don't want to appear for any entrance exam then there are less chances for you to get into top tier one colleges in India. Mostly all good colleges take through managment entrances.
It is advisable to appear for the exam and then seek for admission in management colleges.
