Mtech in India is not that good only a few colleges have good quality honestly. Old iits like IIT Bombay, iit Delhi, iit Kanpur, iit Madras, IISC Bangalore etc are some outstanding colleges to do Mtech. Some of the nits and private colleges are good to do Mtech.

In the given list, IISc Bangalore and IIT Bombay are at par with each other but the difference is in the fact that IIT-B is more about placements and getting a job while IISc Bangalore is more about future P.HD and research field.
