Hi Rahul..

based on your percentile and AIR category rank , you can get some good NITs like,  NIT HAMIRPUR, NIT SILCHAR, NIT SIKKIM.

Can also take iiit as well as needed mechanical branch or electrical or electronics.

Yes, you can. IIIT are also good, but in comparison to NITs, the fees are slightly high for IIIT.

sorry, but I can't help in this. It should be your personal decision.By the way, most students preferred core branch i.e, Mech. ,Civil , Electrical...Some choose branch according to their personal interests.
