Hope you are doing well. Even I am studying in Mysore. There are many colleges in Mysore but among them, four are the best and most popular. Listing them in order of education quality and popularity, it is as follows.
The SJCE College Of Engineering is the first choice of students with a good rank as it is a autonomous college. Vidya vardhaka college, as per my experience is providing the best facilities for students apart from only academics. This year it will be getting autonomy. NIE is also a good college, even it is an autonomous institute. Maharaja College is not preferred by many students when compared to these 3 colleges. Hi,
Some of the good engineering colleges in Mysore include Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering,The National Institute of Engineering which are ranked 120 and 178 respectively in the 2019 NIRF rankings.
These colleges have a good enough reputation and name and you could seek admission in these institutes.
