best European country for pursuing ms in biotechnology

US - The criteria for applying is 12+4 study level. Incase you haven't started or completed your masters degree in your city, you can intern/ work or dedicate yourself in preparing for GRE and TOEFL/IELTS. (Additional courses, certifications, social work becomes a plus).
Canada - IELTS is a must and your academic scores have to be really good. You can apply even after your bachelor's degree.
Germany - if you get selected in a public university then your tuition will be almost negligible (I've heard). Knowing the German language a bit is important too even IELTS.
Australia- give your IELTS and apply. Visit the university website for further requirements of the course (applicable to all countries).

In Europe, The UK is the number one destination followed by France as it has strong biotech industry . Switzerland and Germany are both home to a number of large bio-tech and pharmaceutical companies.
