Almost every academy in Chandigarh is claiming to be the best IAS Coaching in Chandigarh but I will share my experience with Raj Malhotras IAS, which in my opinion is the place you should be at.



First, I will share how my classes started..



I am an engineer having no idea about the subjects. I had no idea which book to follow, what to read, how to read etc.



My first class was with Jagpal Sir, who is now an IPS and he told me how he also as an engineer fought all these challenges and made through the final cut. He taught us political science optional and I was in love with the subject more than my core subjects.



The best strategy they follow is to help the pupil develop interest in the subject. The classes are very interactive and discussions last even for hours just to make sure the concepts get engrained into the head of students.

You must be having a list or knowing some of the reputed and commercialized IAS coachings. Raj Malhotra IAS, Braintree Academy, Dronacharya IAS are some of the names you must have heard. I would suggest you not follow any commercialized academy blindly. First, go in for a rekey, go to all the academy's and inquire about classes, faculty, fee structure. Take demo classes in those that suit you. If you feel they are satisfactory, only then opt for it. Even a smaller IAS coaching with good faculty and not extremely huge class size is better. the classes should be interactive and your doubts must be clear after the class.You should even check the past three years performance and success rates in the academy.

IAS coaching can make a huge difference to your prep. So its better if you take your time and choose wisely.
