To score good marks in NEET exam,your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly after that you can opt any reference book like dc Pandey, universal publication, MTG,Allen module.Try not opt too many books,it will only confuse you so make sure you opt any one reference book and try to solve it multiple times I hope this information helps you.
