I hope you are doing well and good. Although most of the colleges in India for Robotics is not that good. But exceptions are there.

IIT Bombay

IIT KGP

IIT KANPUR

IIIT Hyderabad (not sure, but they are food at research. They focus mainly on end products.)

BITS Pilani (currently working on Hyperloop)

These are a few colleges as far as I know which are good for a Robotics Enthusiast.

For those who have just cleared their class 12 exams, a bachelor's degree in engineering (B. Tech) that comprises of basics of Robotics and Automation could be a good start.

The best university for robotics after 12th are-

MIT Manipal - Manipal Institute of Technology.

PSG Tech Coimbatore - PSG College of Technology.

LPU Jalandhar - Lovely Professional University.

Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University College of Engineering, Pune.
