hi yuvraj ,let me tell you the ideal way of preparing for physics, your marks will definitely go high ,
physics is considered one of the toughest subject for medical aspirants, but very interesting. choose any good book of your convinience, there are plenty of good books as many mentioned already. read the concepts thoroughly, understand them cover to cover, if you have doubts, clear them then and there. solve atleast 300 to 500 questions per chapter, check ,analyse and rectify your mistakes. solve again. the more you solve the merrier.initially you wont be getting many correct answers, but as you keep on doing am sure you will see your score rising. solve previous question papers too, good luck
As per your query about preparation of Physics for NEET UG entrance exam, I would like to suggest following tips
1.Make your own study plan and follow it properly with dedication and PATIENCE....
2. Devote most of time say 80 % in NEET preparation and 20 % in board exam preparation
3. Practice MCQS on daily basis
4. Correct your mistakes
Most important for NEET/AIIMS is your NCERT books as these books include basic principles and concepts and provide accurate information.
KEEP NCERT + ONE REFERNCE BOOK + MAXIMUM MCQS PRACTICE = Medical SEAT Apart from this, you can add upon it by following books
BOOKS -

Objective physics by DC Pandey
BUT KEEP IN MIND YOU HAVE TO CLEAR ENTRANCE YOU ARE NOT DOING PhD so dont go by all books mentioned here and there
Important topics which cover about 70 % , around 30 - 32 ques/ each year for last 10 years out of a total of 45 ques/year
Kinematics
Rotational Motion
Gravitation
Thermal Physics
Wave Motion and Doppler's effect
Electrostatic
Current Electricity and effects of Current
