1. Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine & Surgery (B.A.M.S.): It is a five-and-a-half-year undergraduate degree course that also includes one year of internship. After successful completion of the course, students are designated as Ayurvedacharya doctor.
Job Scope: Ayurveda Consultation, General Practice, Clinical Research. Relevant Courses: Master of Public Health, PG Diploma
2. Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B. D. S.): It is 5-year degree course, which includes 4 years of study followed by one year of internship. After successful completion of this degree programme, candidate is designated as Dentist.
Job Scope: Lecturer, General Practice. Relevant Courses: Master of Dental Surgery, Master of Public Health
3. Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery (B.H.M.S.): BHMS is an undergraduate degree course of five-and-a-half-year duration (including one year compulsory internship). After successful completion of the course, students are designated as Homeopathic doctor.
Job Scope: Homeopathy Consultation, General Practice, Clinical Research. Relevant Courses: Doctor of Medicine in Homeopathy, PG Diploma
4. Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery (M.B.B.S): MBBS is a five-and-a-half-year degree course which includes one year of mandatory internship in a hospital attached or approved by the concerned medical college. After successful completion of the course, students can practice Medicine & Surgery.
Job Scope: Doctor, General Clinical Practice, Research. Relevant Courses: Doctor of Medicine(MD), Master of surgery (MS)
4. Bachelor of Science : Bachelor of Science is three-year degree programme offered in multitude of specializations under the pure sciences domain such as Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology etc.
Job Scope: BPO, SSC Exams, Graduate level exams. Relevant Courses: MSc,MA
5. Bachelor of Science Nursing : Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a four-year programme which involves classroom lessons, practical sessions as well as clinical work apart from internship.
Job Scope: Employment in Hospitals & Clinics, Training institutes. Relevant Courses: MSc Nursing, Post Graduate Program in Public Health Management (PGPPHM)
6. Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (B. V. Sc. & AH): This is a five year undergraduate degree course with 6 months mandatory internship which includes training in practicing & teaching Veterinary science and livestock & poultry farm management.
Job Scope: Veterinary Clinics, Zoos & Wild life Research organizations. Relevant Courses: Master of Veterinary Science, PhD (Veterinary and Animal Sciences)
7. Normal Graduation in B.A. To pursue something other than Science domain and where your actual interest lies.
