between iiit Allahabad and NIT Surat which one shud I opt for computer engineering. Any suggestions for colleges other than these 2 for computer engineering or Information Technology. my CRL on 2020 is 5630

Seeing your rank, it is not possible for you to get admission into top 5 NITs in CS branch. But you could definitely get admission into the NITs after top 5. Also cutoffs for each year depends on the no. of students who have applied, your tank, percentile and category.
